Leading the way, Mr. Ivane brings 25 years of mastery to every vintage, with expertise honed from Georgian roots to Italy’s Enosis labs under Dr. Donato Lanati. Today, he is our chief winemaker, merging tradition with top-tier craftsmanship.
Vineyard Practices
Our vineyards in Kakheti flourish without pesticides, adhering to international standards and sustainability. We use only natural methods, handpicking grapes into plastic crates to ensure purity. Each wine undergoes rigorous lab checks, guaranteeing the quality and authenticity that define every bottle.
